Cyberphobia Online Test

The purpose of this test is to give a quick indication of whether this phobia of working on a computer is serious, to help you decide what action, if any, you should take.

Only a doctor can provide a formal cyberphobic diagnosis – but this will give you a good indication of the scope of the problem.
