Missing Workbook or CDs

In almost all cases someone gets in touch about a missing workbook or CD, it is because they haven't looked inside the both halves of the box in which the program lives! Please check carefully. If it really isn't there, just send an email to customers@ctrn.com.

Faulty CDs

First please check your CD player by trying other audio CDs to make certain that its our CDs and not something else. If you have checked and have no doubt that the problem is with the CDs, send an email to: customers@ctrn.com.
