In 1991 Giles Squire, Director of Group Programming for the Metro Radio Group hired Seymour to launch the morning show of a new station called "The Pulse". Bradford-based Pulse was a re-launch of an existing property with a strong signal across West Yorkshire in northern England

Breakfast with Seymour ran from 7-10 each morning (they get up late in Yorkshire), ran a CHR music format, with competitions, news, and other breakfast fare such as traffic, weather and a generally irreverent (and often irrelevant) approach to the day.

The sample is made up of clips from a number of shows.
