Travelling through the 3 CDs l have found myself developing such an enhanced awareness of the power of my own mind and the consequent cause and effect of thoughts.
With only one hearing so far, l have found the daily presence of my fears subside somewhat and a real sense of control returning. It has made me realise above all that my fears have no actual power or influence (the locus on control is in me) if l choose for them not to; that a fear or phobia is only an automated response and nothing more, no superstitious meaning, no premonition power....this realisation alone has helped me to re-claim a huge part of my life but also to know l can once again take control of steering the course for where l wish my future to take me. Understanding the psychology of fear has brought its ominous power undone in so many ways.
This program has left me feeling all the more determined to go forward with my life choices where the fear would have continued to hold me back , and the consequences of that l now see would have been enormous and life altering.
This investment has been priceless and life altering in itself !
