My name is Darlene Sandfoss. I had anxiety for a number of years. My main problem was at night. I had anxiety about three things and about insomnia.
I started the program and within just an hour or so of starting the program I noticed a huge, significant difference. I did it at night right before I went to bed and I was able to relax that first night.
The second day I started with the CD it just improved even more. I did it little by little, every night usually for about 30 to 45 minutes a night until I completed the program with the CD’s. I used the workbooks to go along with it and I found that within a few weeks my anxiety had completely disappeared.
I no longer have anxiety about my insomnia, about sleeping. I now can rest easy. I don’t have any more phobias about waking up in the middle of the night or hearing anything and it has helped me out tremendously and I have nothing but high praise for the program. Thank you.
