Hi this is Anne Michels. The problem was anxiety, coupled with problem sleeping from the anxiety. It was pretty bad for several months. The program did help me in getting much better with that problem.
The best parts of the program were helping me to see that I had to take responsibility for getting better and also to focus on positive emotions instead of playing over and over negative scripts in my head about the problem.
And also the timeline therapy helped me to look at the triggering event in my life in a different perspective and that helped me then going forward to be able to release the negative fearful emotions connected with that triggering event.
Again, the program was definitely part of a healing process for me and life is better already. I am doing much better and remembering when I do have a moment of fear or anxiety, just remembering some of the principals of the program.
