I had such a fear of flying that I wouldn't even think of booking a flight or consider traveling if I had to get on a plane.
In the beginning, I was a little hesitant because I didn't think I could overcome such a fear during a couple of sessions. To my surprose after the first session I started to re-think my ways of thinking about flying and I became much more at ease with the ability to fly and to think about it and to actually think about taking a vacation.
By the end of the second session during the Time Line Therapy that helped extremely so much for me to be able to eradicate any type of fears that are holding be back from flying. By the end of the third phone call I felt completely calm, totally relaxed. I could talk about flying - I was actually looking forward to flying!
Its now about two weeks since my last session and I'm now very confident about flying - I've got in touch with some friends about traveling. At this point its a huge success for me because just being able to consider flying and look at airline flights online shows me that I have completely overcome this fear. It was an easy-to-do program and I'm greatly appreciative!
