How This System Works
Bottom line? Your subconscious mind needs to be re-trained. You know that Fear Of Voices isn’t working for you. But the fear remains because, with even just a thought of noises or voices, your subconscious mind triggers fear and other negative emotions.
You have not been able to prevent your feelings of fear because you have not been given the methodology to change your feelings and associations. We’re here to teach the techniques to you. Are you ready to get started?
Here’s the thing, our system does not treat or cure your fear. YOU are the one with the authority to modify your perceptions. Quite simply, we are here to hold your hand through this method of self-empowerment.
You will learn how to cultivate positive feelings while learning to combat and eventually vanquish negative feelings that cause your fear. You have dealt with these emotions haunting you long enough. You can decide that it’s time for the negative feelings to change.
The Triggers and Factors that Cause Your Fear
In most cases, Fear Of Voices (although not always) is triggered by an extremely negative encounter from the past. Your fear may also seem to come out of no where – with no memory you can think of. The answer if to uncover the deep-down source and replace those negative connections with positive ones. People who are at the greatest risk include:
• Individuals who possess tendencies of apprehension
• People characterized as skittish, energetic, easily upset, nervous
• If you experience adrenal insufficiency

Prescription Drugs & Medications
We strongly believe that drugs are not a good solution for any Phonophobe, but you should always follow your physician’s advice with regard to drugs/meds and Fear of Voices. Meds may seem to help in the short-term by temporarily improving your symptoms, but the problem is that they can never cure the core issue of the fearful patterns of thinking that are the automatic reaction to noises or voices and which trigger the intense feelings of fear.
By the way – no one has ever developed a drug exclusively for Fear Of Voices – so it’s hard to justify popping a pill as a healthy solution with all the uncertainty that surrounds potential side effects.
