How CTRN Programs Work
Bottom line? Your subconscious mind needs to be re-trained. You know that Memory Phobia isn’t working for you. Yet the fear perseveres only because your subconscious has ‘linked’ the thought of memories to a bunch of strong negative feelings – which get brought up automatically every time.
Up to now, you have not had the techniques to reprogram those connections or feelings, so they feel out of control. We are here to teach you on how to use the right techniques to vanquish the fear forever. Isn’t it time you took control?
We don’t, in point of fact, ‘treat’, nor do we ‘cure’. Modifying your awareness is a technique you have to learn to master for yourself. We are here purely to teach, and to hold your hand as you walk through the procedure that enables you to make it happen.
The process educates you with exact steps on how you gain self-confidence, calm and happiness, as well as proven methods to overcome anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and anxiety. You know what living with your fear has done to your quality of life. You can decide that it’s time for the negative feelings to change.
Instigators and Risk Factors for Memory Phobia
In most cases, Memory Phobia (although not always) is triggered by an extremely negative encounter from the past. In some cases, it appears the brain has produced the fear with no instigation. The key is digging down to the source and replacing negative associations with more positive emotions. Those at greatest risk include:
• Individuals who are predisposed to feelings of worry and anxiety
• People characterized as skittish, energetic, easily upset, nervous
• People suffering from adrenal insufficiency

Indicators That You Need Assistance
You can take our 2 minute Memory Phobia Online Test to establish the enormity of the problem for you, but it’s really quite straightforward: Do something about it now, if the fear is having a sizable negative influence on your way of living.
- Do you become sick at the simple thought of Memories?
- Does it trigger a dry mouth and clammy hands?
- Does your heart begin to race?
- Do your legs go weak?
Those were only a handful of examples of the feelings you might suffer. Click to find out more about the symptoms of memory phobia.
We help you with the symptoms, as well as find out the basis for them. That’s why we’re here
Drugs & Medication
The use of drugs and medication for Memory Phobia is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. Drugs may produce a short-term improvement by masking symptoms, but they never tackle the core problem of the overwhelming automatic fear response to memories.
There is no drug specifically for Memory Phobia – so it’s hard to justify popping a pill as a healthy solution with all the uncertainty that surrounds potential side effects.
The good news is with our program, your Memory Phobia will be history, without resorting to meds..
