How This System Works
Bottom line? Your subconscious mind needs to be re-trained. Consciously, you know your methyphobia doesn’t make logical sense. If it did everyone would have it. But it affects you because your unconscious mind has associated alcohol with fear and perhaps a bunch of other negative emotions and they get triggered automatically – like clockwork – every time.
Up to now, you have not had the techniques to reprogram those connections or feelings, so they feel out of control. We’ll help you learn this simple system to make the fear history. Are you ready to learn and utilize these techniques?
Would you be surprised to learn that this system is not a treatment or a cure? The key to this program is knowing that you are the one who will be making the changes. Our job is to educate you as you journey through this course to overcome your fear.
The methods in our program will teach clear-cut steps toward gaining self-belief, peace and joy, as well as proven procedures to conquer your negative emotions. Why keep living your life with negative emotions when you can easily change them? You can’t live your life in fear anymore – it’s time to change.
Where Your Methyphobia Comes From
In most cases, Methyphobia (although not always) is triggered by an extremely negative encounter from the past. In some cases, it appears the brain has produced the fear with no instigation. You resolve this issue by discovering the source and trading the negative correlations with positive ones. Persons that find themselves at greatest risk:
• Those with a tendency to feel anxious and panicky
• Ones who are characterized as ‘high-strung’
• People suffering from adrenal insufficiency

Diagnosing Your Phobia
You can use our two minute Methyphobia Online Test to determine the problem’s severity, but it’s really pretty simple: If this phobia is having a significant negative impact on your life, its time to do something about it.
- At the mere mention of Alcohol, do you develop nausea?
- Does it trigger a dry mouth and clammy hands?
- Does your heart begin to pound?
- Do your legs turn to rubber?
Those were only a handful of examples of the feelings you might suffer. If you want to understand more about the symptoms of Methyphobia, click here.
We not only help you deal with the symptom you experience, but we find the cause. This is what CTRN is all about
Medications & Prescribed Drugs
The use of drugs and medication for Methyphobia is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. The root cause of being Potophobic is an unconscious mental association that links alcohol to powerful feelings of fear. Meds can mask the awful feelings for a while, but never break the mental patterns at the core of the problem
By the way – no one has ever developed a drug exclusively for Methyphobia – When looking for an answer, maybe you should think about possible side effects before turning to prescription drugs.
The good news is with our program, your Methyphobia will be history, without resorting to meds..
