How This System Works
Re-’wiring’ your unconscious mind is the key to this program – and its safe and surprisingly easy to do. Consciously, you know your poem fear doesn’t make logical sense. If it did everyone would have it. But the fear remains because, with even just a thought of poetry, your subconscious mind triggers fear and other negative emotions.
You have not been able to prevent your feelings of fear because you have not been given the methodology to change your feelings and associations. We are here to teach you on how to use the right techniques to vanquish the fear forever. Interested in putting these techniques to use?
Process to Overcome Poem Fear: Treatment Versus Cure
Here’s the thing, our system does not treat or cure your fear. The only person with the authority to change your awareness is you. We are here purely to teach, and to hold your hand as you walk through the procedure that enables you to make it happen.
This process has proven procedures for overcoming rage, fear, depression, remorse and feelings of apprehension and helps you gain self-assurance, peace and happiness. You know what living with your fear has done to your quality of life. Are you ready to interrupt the cycle of destructive thinking?
The Triggers and Factors that Cause Your Fear
An really disturbing incident from the past, is often (though, not always) the root cause of Poem Fear. In some cases, the mind has seemingly, without basis, created the fear. By exposing the root cause, you will be able to remedy the problem by easily exchanging harmful triggers. Those most at risk are:
• Those with a tendency to feel anxious and panicky
• If you are jittery, edgy, sensitive, nervous
• People suffering from adrenal insufficiency

Diagnosing Your Phobia
You can take our 2 minute Poem Fear Online Test to establish the enormity of the problem for you, but it’s really quite straightforward: Now is the point in time to take control, if the fear is considerably taking over your life, in a negative way.
- By simply thinking about Poetry, do you become woozy?
- Do your palms get clammy and your mouth feel like cotton?
- Does your heart rate instantly sky-rocket?
- Do you feel as though you are unable to stand?
These are just a few examples of symptoms people can experience. If you want to understand more about the symptoms of Poem Fear, click here.
We not only help you deal with the symptom you experience, but we find the cause. That’s why we’re here
Medications & Prescribed Drugs
The use of drugs and medication for Poem Fear is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. A pill can sometimes act as a quick fix and may seem to help briefly but will not allow you to be free of the fear.
No drug has ever been developed specifically for Poem Fear, by the way – and with all the undetermined possible side effects, it is difficult to rationalize taking a prescription as the answer.
The good news is with our program, your Poem Fear will be history, without resorting to meds..
