Medications & Prescribed Drugs
To use <pills and medication for The Night Fear> isn’t supported in our program because we believe they act as ‘camouflage’, That said, you should follow your doctor’s recommendations and always and seek proper medical advice if you want to change any medication. A pill can sometimes act as a quick fix and may seem to help briefly but will not allow you to be free of the fear.
