How CTRN Programs Work
It is all about learning to redirect your unconscious mind, which sounds like a lot but is easier than you may think. Consciously, you know your autodysomophobia doesn’t make logical sense. If it did everyone would have it. But it affects you because your unconscious mind has associated one that has a vile odor with fear and perhaps a bunch of other negative emotions and they get triggered automatically – like clockwork – every time.
You have not been able to prevent your feelings of fear because you have not been given the methodology to change your feelings and associations. We’ll help you learn this simple system to make the fear history. Isn’t it time you took control?
Here’s the thing, our system does not treat or cure your fear. As much as we’d like to wave a magic wand and ‘cure’ you, it’s actually up to you to change how you feel. Our job is to educate you as you journey through this course to overcome your fear.
You will learn how to cultivate positive feelings while learning to combat and eventually vanquish negative feelings that cause your fear. You know what living with your fear has done to your quality of life. Harmful thinking isn’t helping – you need to make some serious changes now.
Risk Factors & Causes for Autodysomophobia
In most cases, Autodysomophobia (although not always) is triggered by an extremely negative encounter from the past. The mind will, in some situations, generate the fear without an apparent cause. The answer if to uncover the deep-down source and replace those negative connections with positive ones. Individuals utmost at risk are:
• Those with a tendency to feel anxious and panicky
• If you are jittery, edgy, sensitive, nervous
• Someone who deals with adrenal insufficiency

Diagnosing Your Phobia
You can take our 2 minute Autodysomophobia Online Test to establish the enormity of the problem for you, but it’s really quite straightforward: The time to act is now, if this phobia is causing negativity in your life.
- At the mere mention of One That Has A Vile Odor, do you develop nausea?
- Does your mouth go dry and your palms get sweaty?
- Does your heart beat like a drum?
- Do your legs go weak?
These are just a few examples of symptoms people can experience. Click here to learn more about the symptoms of autodysomophobia.
We not only help you deal with the symptom you experience, but we find the cause. This is what we do
Pills and Medication
The use of drugs and medication for Autodysomophobia is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. A pill can sometimes act as a quick fix and may seem to help briefly but will not allow you to be free of the fear.
There hasn’t been a medication created specifically for treatment of Autodysomophobia, just general broad-application meds – and with all the undetermined possible side effects, it is difficult to rationalize taking a prescription as the answer.
The good news is with CTRN you will overcome Autodysomophobia, without prescription pills..
