How Does the Program Work?
It is all about learning to redirect your unconscious mind, which sounds like a lot but is easier than you may think. Consciously, you know your emetophobia doesn’t make logical sense. If it did everyone would have it. The reason the fear continues is because the subconscious has connected it to a wave of dominant negative feelings which occur automatically when you even think of vomiting.
You have not been able to prevent your feelings of fear because you have not been given the methodology to change your feelings and associations. We’re here to teach the techniques to you. Interested in putting these techniques to use?
Process to Overcome Emetophobia: Treatment Versus Cure
Would you be surprised to learn that this system is not a treatment or a cure? The only person with the authority to change your awareness is you. We’re going to walk you through the process that helps you re-program that tricky subconscious thinking.
The process educates you with exact steps on how you gain self-confidence, calm and happiness, as well as proven methods to overcome anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and anxiety. Time to say enough is enough. Harmful thinking isn’t helping – you need to make some serious changes now.
Where Your Emetophobia Comes From
You may have correctly assumed (although there are always exceptions), that your Emetophobia is triggered from a past experience. The fear can be manufactured by the brain, in some circumstances, with seemingly no foundation. The answer if to uncover the deep-down source and replace those negative connections with positive ones. Those most at risk are:
• Those who have a general predisposition for fear and anxiety
• One who seems to be ‘high-strung’
• People suffering from adrenal insufficiency

The Warning Signs You Should be Looking For
To find out the gravity of the problem for you, use our 2 minute Online Assessment for Emetophobia Online Test although it is fairly clear cut: It is time to do something about the fear, if it is having a significantly negative effect on your life.
- Does the thought of Vomiting make you nauseous?
- Does it automatically initiate sticky hands and a mouth that is made of cotton?
- Does your heart begin to pound?
- Do your legs go weak?
Those are just a few of the symptoms. Click to find out more about the symptoms of emetophobia.
We can help you get rid of not just the symptoms, but the cause. Our goal is to have you get rid of the root cause of the fear.
Medications & Prescribed Drugs
The use of drugs and medication for Emetophobia is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. A pill can sometimes act as a quick fix and may seem to help briefly but will not allow you to be free of the fear.
There hasn’t been a medication created specifically for treatment of Emetophobia, just general broad-application meds – and with all the undetermined possible side effects, it is difficult to rationalize taking a prescription as the answer.
The good news is using our methods, you’ll overcome Emetophobia, without the use of any meds..
