How Does the Program Work?
It is all about learning to redirect your unconscious mind, which sounds like a lot but is easier than you may think. You know that Insomnia isn’t working for you. Yet the fear perseveres only because your subconscious has ‘linked’ the thought of sleeplessness to a bunch of strong negative feelings – which get brought up automatically every time.
You have not been able to prevent your feelings of fear because you have not been given the methodology to change your feelings and associations. We are here to teach you on how to use the right techniques to vanquish the fear forever. Are you ready to get started?
We don’t, in point of fact, ‘treat’, nor do we ‘cure’. Modifying your awareness is a technique you have to learn to master for yourself. Our job is to educate you as you journey through this course to overcome your fear.
The process educates you with exact steps on how you gain self-confidence, calm and happiness, as well as proven methods to overcome anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and anxiety. You know what living with your fear has done to your quality of life. Harmful thinking isn’t helping – you need to make some serious changes now.
Instigators and Risk Factors for Insomnia
In most cases, Insomnia (although not always) is triggered by an extremely negative encounter from the past. The fear can be manufactured by the brain, in some circumstances, with seemingly no foundation. The key is digging down to the source and replacing negative associations with more positive emotions. Those most at risk are:
• Those who have a general predisposition for fear and anxiety
• Ones who are characterized as ‘high-strung’
• People suffering from adrenal insufficiency

Indicators That You Need Assistance
You can take our 2 minute Insomnia Online Test to establish the enormity of the problem for you, but it’s really quite straightforward: Do something about it now, if the fear is having a sizable negative influence on your way of living.
- By simply thinking about Sleeplessness, do you become woozy?
- Does your mouth go dry and your palms get sweaty?
- Does your heart beat like a drum?
- Do your legs turn to rubber?
Those are just a few of the symptoms. Click here to learn more about the symptoms of insomnia.
We address the symptoms, but we uncover the source, to eliminate them both. This is what we do
Medications & Prescribed Drugs
The use of drugs and medication for Insomnia is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. A pill can sometimes act as a quick fix and may seem to help briefly but will not allow you to be free of the fear.
No drug has ever been developed specifically for Insomnia, by the way – so it’s hard to justify popping a pill as a healthy solution with all the uncertainty that surrounds potential side effects.
The good news is using our methods, you’ll overcome Insomnia, without the use of any meds..
