How the Program Works: Getting Over Panthophobia

Prescription Drugs & Medications
We feel drugs and medication for Panthophobia aren’t the best approach, but make sure you always follow a doctor’s advice when taking or stopping any prescription. A pill can sometimes act as a quick fix and may seem to help briefly but will not allow you to be free of the fear.
