How This System Works
The core of the problem is that your unconscious mind is repeating patterns of thinking that generate the fear… and now its time to change things up so those patterns don’t run any more. Your rational mind knows that your Shock Phobia is illogical. But it affects you because your unconscious mind has associated shock with fear and perhaps a bunch of other negative emotions and they get triggered automatically – like clockwork – every time.
Up to now, you have not had the techniques to reprogram those connections or feelings, so they feel out of control. We’ll help you learn this simple system to make the fear history. Isn’t it time you took control?
Process to Overcome Shock Phobia: Treatment Versus Cure
We don’t, in point of fact, ‘treat’, nor do we ‘cure’. As much as we’d like to wave a magic wand and ‘cure’ you, it’s actually up to you to change how you feel. Our job is to educate you as you journey through this course to overcome your fear.
You will learn how to cultivate positive feelings while learning to combat and eventually vanquish negative feelings that cause your fear. You know what living with your fear has done to your quality of life. You can’t live your life in fear anymore – it’s time to change.
Risk Factors & Causes for Hormephobia
The root cause of Shock Phobia is often (but not always) traumatic incident in the past. In some cases, the mind has seemingly, without basis, created the fear. To locate the foundation, and substitute encouraging connections in place of the negative ones, is the solution. Persons that find themselves at greatest risk:
• Individuals who are predisposed to feelings of worry and anxiety
• Ones who are characterized as ‘high-strung’
• People suffering from adrenal insufficiency

Medications & Prescribed Drugs
The use of drugs and medication for Shock Phobia is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. A pill can sometimes act as a quick fix and may seem to help briefly but will not allow you to be free of the fear.
There is no drug specifically for Shock Phobia – so it’s hard to justify popping a pill as a healthy solution with all the uncertainty that surrounds potential side effects.
The good news is using our methods, you’ll overcome Shock Phobia, without the use of any meds..
