How the Program Works: Getting Over Sound Fear
The core of the problem is that your unconscious mind is repeating patterns of thinking that generate the fear… and now its time to change things up so those patterns don’t run any more. Consciously, you know your sound fear doesn’t make logical sense. If it did everyone would have it. But the fear remains because, with even just a thought of noises, your subconscious mind triggers fear and other negative emotions.
Up to now, you have not had the techniques to reprogram those connections or feelings, so they feel out of control. We are here to teach you on how to use the right techniques to vanquish the fear forever. Are you ready to get started?
Process to Overcome Sound Fear: Treatment Versus Cure
We’re going to leave the terms ‘treating’ and ‘curing’ to the medical profession. As much as we’d like to wave a magic wand and ‘cure’ you, it’s actually up to you to change how you feel. Our job is to educate you as you journey through this course to overcome your fear.
The methods in our program will teach clear-cut steps toward gaining self-belief, peace and joy, as well as proven procedures to conquer your negative emotions. Why keep living your life with negative emotions when you can easily change them? You can’t live your life in fear anymore – it’s time to change.
Sound Fear Risk Factors and Triggers
Sound fear in many (but not all) cases is triggered by a nasty experience in the past. Your fear may also seem to come out of no where – with no memory you can think of. You resolve this issue by discovering the source and trading the negative correlations with positive ones. People who are at the greatest risk include:
• Those who have a general predisposition for fear and anxiety
• If you are jittery, edgy, sensitive, nervous
• If you experience adrenal insufficiency

Tests, Symptoms & Diagnosis
You can take our 2 minute Sound Fear Online Test to establish the enormity of the problem for you, but it’s really quite straightforward: Now is the point in time to take control, if the fear is considerably taking over your life, in a negative way.
- At the mere mention of Noises, do you develop nausea?
- Does it automatically initiate sticky hands and a mouth that is made of cotton?
- Does your heart feel like it’s going to pound right out of your chest?
- Do your legs feel as if they will give way?
Those are just a few of the symptoms. Click to find out more about the symptoms of sound fear.
We help you with the symptoms, as well as find out the basis for them. This is what we do
Prescription Drugs & Medications
The use of drugs and medication for Sound Fear is not encouraged in our program because they generally mask the problem, rather than tackling the cause. The root cause of being Acousticophobic is an unconscious mental association that links noises to powerful feelings of fear. Meds can mask the awful feelings for a while, but never break the mental patterns at the core of the problem
No drug has ever been developed specifically for Sound Fear, by the way – so it’s hard to justify popping a pill as a healthy solution with all the uncertainty that surrounds potential side effects.
The good news is with our help, you will conquer your Sound Fear, without drugs..
